AHS: Asylum 2x02 ("Tricks And Treats") Review.

Alright! So I was so wrong about not liking this show as much as I thought I would. I completely love it. I still think the alien part is pure crap, but there's still the chance of it being all in Kit's head.
First of: Kit's not Bloody Face. Yaaaaaay! Cheers for that! (:

Dr. Arden. Holly crap on a cracker. Are you joking? He's the most hypocrite person ever! I LOVE him! It's an awesome character; and James Cromwell plays it so believable. I mean... wow!

Dr. Thredson. Well, we finally got to see some Zac Quinto, people! I love that guy (: I just love him. And he's finally not playing the bitchy bad gay guy; he is a man that stands for what he believes in and he stands up to Sister Jude -> who seems to be the worst nun ever, but she has deeper issues than we think (I am so hoping to get into her story). By the way, Kit's diagnosis:

Patient is 24 years old, completed grades k through 12, no higher education. Patient is believed responsible for the murders of multiple women, including his wife. The murders may have started as a purging of racial guilt at what his conditioning would have viewed as an illicit coupling. Patient is manipulative.
Diagnosis: acute clinical insanity.

The charater Jed. Come on! I loved him. That kid (Devon Graye) is pretty talented too. He played teenage Dexter on TV show "Dexter" -> I so wanna watch this show now! Anyways: he played possesed even better than Linda Blair herself. I just... I loved every single scene he was in. SO AWESOME!!!

 

Grace. How to feel about Grace? She says she's not crazy but how would we know if it's true?! We don't even know what she was acused of. Guess we'll have to wait.

I expected nothing but greatness from Chloë Sevigny. But she's giving me more than I thought she would. I mean: Shelley is such an awesome character...! She's literally nuts!

Sister Mary Eunice is fucking possesed! YES!

 

Lily Rabe is gonna start acting bitchy again! I expect to see some angry/sexy talk back. Nora style.

 

I don't know where to stand about Lana. I mean, I kinda like that she was the only one we know is not crazy. Like, for real. But, she turned out to be a little backstabber. I mean, ok. As far as we all know, Grace AND Kit could be completely crazy and kill her in the way to their escape. But... why trust Grace and not Kit? Because he's a man? 'Cause Lana doesn't even know if Grace did or not something wrong. Besides: if she trusted Grace blindly enough to escape with her, why not trust her when she says Kit's not a serial killer. Of course, if Lana believed Grace when she says Kit's cool right away, there's no series, so... guess this is all part of the trouble.

Anywhoooo...! I am SO excited for next week's episode! I want it to be Halloween already! x3
