"Suicide Squad" (2016) Official Trailer 1

ok. they pretty much assembled whatever characters they pleased, but i'm digging it.
Killer Crock looks weird cuz he's supposed to be like... huge, not human-like size; but whatever, i can look past that.
you know what i can also look past? the fact that they dressed Harley Quinn like a cheap, street whore... because they seemed to have stayed true to the character's escence, and that's what's important.
nothing against Will Smith, but i like the "Arrow" Deadshot better. just my opinion, i'm not saying he's not gonna do an amazing job, because i'm not an idiot and i know that Will Smith is a very good actor.
to anyone bitching about Jared's joker: the laugh... the laugh! THE FUCKING LAUGH! (1:28). that's all i have to say. i love that man, he's insanely talented and incredibly dedicated in everything he does: he gives his all. so: if you think he's not gonna rock the shit out of that Joker: you're wrong and you can go fuck yourself.
finally: i really hope this doesn't turn into a pun fest. i hope they didn't try to make "Avengers"-like comedy. please, don't. also: i still think this could be a really cool R-rated movie, like "Deadpool" is going to be.

Suicide Squad - Comic-Con First Look [HD]

ok. personaly, i think they ruined Joker's look with those teeth and the tattoos. i mean it's all wrong for so many reasons. still: i'm excited about this movie and i think Jared is gonna be a kickass Joker. he's gonna fucking rock it! i love him.
the movie looks like it's gonna be epic as fuck.

The Flash Producer Andrew Kreisberg: "Out of Time" Is Our Best Episode Yet

The Flash Producer Andrew Kreisberg: "Out of Time" Is Our Best Episode Yet

FLA115A_0255b
It's been a few weeks, but tomorrow sees a new episode of The Flash on The CW -- and according to producer Andrew Kreisberg and actor Tom Cavanagh, the show comes back firing on all cylinders.

They spoke about the episode this morning in Burbank with a group of reporters, including ComicBook.com's Emily Donn.
"Hashtag game changer," joked Cavanagh when asked how he would sell this week's episode, titled "Out of Time," to the audience.
"With no disrespect to any of the other directors or episodes we've produced, I think this is the best episode that we've done," Kreisberg added. "I think it's everything that The Flash can do – and I don't mean Barry Allen as a hero, I mean as a TV show – this episode delivers in spades. It's got amazing visual effects that you just don't see on television. It's full of heart, it's full of romance, it's full of genuine scares and it's the best episode of this show. Between this and Arrow, there's only a handful of episodes amongst ourselves that we kind of say that about and I definitely think this is it."
If there was a concern, Cavanagh said, it was that using up this episode with a few weeks yet to go before the season finale was a risk.
"I think that what you've put in the bank beforehand is one of the greatest things about television. As opposed to 2 hours, we can put 15 hours in prior to this, so we have investment," Cavanagh explained. "So you read something like this and you get to pay off a little bit. And then the danger is, is it a precipice or is it the slippery side of the slope. What's been so impressive for us is that is a really strong episode of television and yet in the ones to come, we're springboarding off it. The danger is you do something like this and it's a pinnacle and you slide down and this is not the case for us. As we read the scripts, the next one that comes you're like, 'Oh. That happens!'"
The Flash returns tomorrow at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

Batman limited series "Vertigo" by Gerard Way (never published)

ok. i'm pretty conventional about my Batman. but i gotta admit this is sorta brilliant.
i really, really, really like the cover.
Batman looks a little like Edward Scissorhands.
The Joker don't look like Mr. J at all.
and Mr. Freeze looks like a robot, more than a guy in a suit.
i like how Riddler don't have a face, it's quite Watchmen from him, but i like it.
The Penguin's nice, he didn't take any chances with the hands, though, i would've like to see what story was he gonna follow, the original or the one by Tim Burton; even making one of his own.
Two Face is a cop instead of, you know, a lawyer -which feels weird, but could work.
Robin is just as amazing as Batman.
young Batman looks more like a young Joker (this could be my mistake, maybe i understood that it was Batman and it's Joker, so... it's cool).
i really, really like the flying of the bat at the end of the last picture, mostly cuz it reminds me of "Bullets"; oh, the good ol' days...
still: it is Gerard Way drawing, so: it is brilliant.
